Congratulations to the ten Green Business Network members that received the most nominations for 2009’s Green Business of the Year. This year's list of top ten nominees, chosen by Green America’s consumer network, is an exciting look at the green economy. The award will be presented at the San Francisco Green Festival.

Green Festival Comes to Washington DC and San Francisco

San Francisco – Nov. 13-14-15

Inspiring speakers, green living and energy tips, and great green products will highlight this fall’s Green Festivals. Speakers include Ed Begley, Jr., Dr. Cornel West, Lester Brown, Amy Goodman, John Robbins, Lynne Twist, John Perkins, Rev. Lennox Yearwood, Dolores Huerta, and hundreds of others.

The events feature the Hemp Products Pavilion and hemp fashion show, Fair Trade Pavilion, Green Home Pavilion, green films, kids’ zone, organic food/beer/wine garden, and workshops on everything from composting to green jobs. Over 700 Green Business Network members will be exhibiting their products—and making it a great place to do green holiday shopping and grow the green economy.
