200 Business Leaders Urge Congress to End Lending Abuses & Create CFPA

Small and mid-sized businesses are calling on Congress to put their business interests before the big banks and create a strong, independent Consumer Financial Protection Agency that would provide effective government oversight of lending policies and protections against deceptive practices.

More than 200 businesses have signed on to the American Sustainable Business Council (ASBC)'s letter in support of the CFPA.
